YemenOnline >> Business Qatari prince attends ceremony of $600 million real estate project in Yemen ANA'A, May 29 (Saba) – Qatari crown prince Tamim Bin Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani is expected to participate in the ceremony to lay the foundation stone of a real estate and tourist residential project 'Rayan Hills' to be implemented in Yemen.
The project will be implemented by the Qatari Al Diyar real estate investment company at a cost of $600 million on 440 thousand square meters.
The Yemeni government has 20% of the project by the General Authority for Development and Investment.
The project includes a tourist residential complex, integrated commercial center, Olympic center and a number of housing units.
Chairman of the Fahad Bin Abdulla Bin Thani Group, Sheikh Fahad Bin Abdullah Bin Thani said his group has completed studies to set up investment projects in Yemen.
Projects such a steel and aluminum factory and hotel in Aden are currently under construction by the group, and the group intends to set up new real estate, industrial and tourist projects in the country. Source: Sabanews
