Combating Yemeni Child Labor in Taiz governorate - ACCESS- Plus programs
YemenOnline. Feb 10, 2009 – Secretary General of Local Council of Taiz governorate Mohammad al-Haj discussed with Konera Moore, Director of Combat Child Labor Program (ACCESS- Plus) activities of the program in the governorate. The program's social and economic activities aims at developing education services for child laborers as well as rehabilitation works of some of school buildings. The program's plan targets about 2000 children to be returned from labor to education in addition to overcoming their problems that hinder continuing learning.
