Yemen President meets Al-Jouf tribe leaders. Houthies issues discussed.
YemenOnline. Feb 16, 2009 - President Ali Saleh met yesterday in the capital Sana'a with a number of Sheikhs of Al-Jawf governorate, to discuss recent events that took place late last week. President demanded a clear and explicit determination of Shiekhs' position regarding Houthies located in Al-Jawf. It is worth mentioning that Al-Jaouf governorate has lately witnessed bloody events and armed clashes between the tribal elements and Al-Houthi during which dozens were killed
