YemenOnline. Feb 19 - Sheikh Al-Ahmar, member of Supreme Committee of Islah Party stated that he is not taking part in elections boycotted by the Joint Meeting Parties JMP.

"I will not be a member of the Parliament if I am unable to practice my constitutional rights.", Shiekh Al-Ahmar added in an interview by Khalid Al-Alwani, Mareb Press.

Emphasizing the importance of national partnership, he said that the JMP's call for a national dialogue represents its recognition that " JMP can not alone be a decision maker in the situation Yemen is currently going through."
