Sana'a, May 20, 2008 (YemenOnline) - Republic decree No. 100 for 2008 was issued on Monday, deciding the appointment of Nabil Abdu Shamsan al-Qadasi as Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Insurance.

Another Republican decree No. 101 was also issued on Monday, deciding appointment of Abdul-Muamen Mutahar as Director General for Public Corporation for Electricity.

The second article states that it takes effect from the date of its issuance and to be published in the official gazette.
