Sana'a, May 21,2008 (YemenOnline) - "We were working very hard from the outset to contain the strife of Sa'ada," President Saleh affirms in his statment this evening in the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the unite of Yemen.

The rebels will have to bear responsibility for not responding to the voice of reason,President Saleh added.

Some political analysts told YemenOnline that the statements of President Saleh carrying explicit threat to the rebels.

President Saleh also asserted that the government will work to fulfill its national, constitutional and legal obligations to reinforce law and order in all Sa’ada areas to maintain security and stability and to protect citizens lives and properties.
