Palestine remains great concern for Yemen

Sana'a, May 29, 2008 (YemenOnline) - Deputy Premier for Economic Affairs and Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Abdul-Karim Al-Arhabi reaffirmed Yemen's firm attitude and support for Palestinian rights and unity.

Al-Arhabi pointed out that the Yemeni initiative intends to resolve Palestinian internal conflict, during his meeting with on Wednesday the Palestinian Planning and Labour Minister Sameer Abdullah.

He confirmed Yemen's readiness to continue providing all support for Palestinian people including encouraging Yemeni businessmen to set up investment projects in the Palestinian occupied territories.

The Palestinian official valued effective contributions provided and are still provided by Yemeni political leadership, showing Palestinian government and people's appreciation for the great interest given by President Ali Abdullah Saleh to strengthen unity of the Palestinian people.
