YemenOnline- August 1, 2008-  President Ali Abdullah Saleh, President of the Republic of Yemen, President  of General People's Congress (GPC)  called Yemeni  parliament to approbate the amendments of elections law which referred by the government last week. H announced that at the meeting of the general committee of GPC last Thursday.

The Committee discussed the recent issues of political dialogue with joint meeting  parties (JMP)who  announced that there was no any agreement whit GPC on the amendments .Last week, GPC news sources published that JMP and GPC have reached an  agreement of  the elections law  amendments and formation of  The supreme   elections Committee.
