Hadi stresses importance of hunting down terrorists

Yemenonline- August 13,2008- Vice President Abdu Rabu Mansour Haddi, along with Interior Minister Mutahar al-Mesri and Hadramout governor Salem al-Khanbashi paid Wednesday inspection visit to Sayoon's Central Security Camp targeted last July 25 by terrorist attack.

Vice- President Hadi affirmed that the political leadership offers all forms of support for chasing and hunting down terrorist elements, calling on security men in Hadramout to be awake and cautious towards those terrorists who are the enemies of Islam and the society.

Hadi inspected damage resulted in that barbaric and cowardice act carried out by those who sold their soles to devil and separated themselves away of Islamic religion teachings. The attack led to killing the gate's guard and injuring others.

He was briefed on efforts exerted by leadership of Hadramout governorate and local authorities for counting damage estimated by committee, formed from affected citizens, at more than YR 20 million.

On this regard, Interior Minister affirmed that his ministry would build additional cells and services, in addition to cracking down on the rest of the terrorist gang.

Then, Hadi inspected the ongoing work in Sayoon stadium. The project, which is in its final touches, is being constructed according to best international standards to contain 60 thousand
watchers with investment at a cost estimated at YR 2 billion.
