Yemeni Opposition defer to submit the names of their SCER candidates to parliament ?
YemenOnline- August 17,2008- For the Fourth time , Yemeni parliament postponed the approval of the constitutional amendments on the law of elections because of the questionable procrastination of the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) on submitting their SCER candidates to the parliament . General People Congress as a ruling party will be patient with this procrastination of the opposition .. We are awaiting the submission of JMP candidates tomorrow . The concessions we made for them was to strengthen the democratic experience in Yemen" Sultan Al-Barakani assistant secretary general of GPC says.
