Al Qaeda on the Arabian Peninsula, a new regional leadership.
YemenOnline – January 24, 2009 - According to Sada al-Malahem magazine, or the Echo of the Epics, published by al Qaeda in Yemen, Abu Baseer – the Emir of Al- Qaeda in Yemen, announced that al Qaeda's operations in Yemen and Saudi Arabia have been combined to become al Qaeda on the Arabian Peninsula and that further details regarding this would be published later on Sada Al-Malahem website and some of Yemen and international media.In the text accompanying the magazine release, the Emir of AQY is quoted as saying “we are preparing to open training camps to send you [Palestinians] a generation of reinforcements.”Revealing some of the new strategies, he added that the battle plan focuses now on cutting supplies on the Zio-Crusade campaigns - the bases of which are in the Arabian Peninsula – which provide the Zionists with protection
