Clashes in the eastern Yemeni city of Marib for UN aid and suspicion of corruption

Tribal gunmen seized on Saturday evening, trucks carrying UN aid in the Directorate of Juba, south of Marib peovince east of Yemen.The gunmen refused to hand over to Yemeni security and "clashes broke out between the security forces and tribes, killing two soldiers, an armedperson and 4 wounded" source added .
The sources said that local tribal mediation was able to stop the clashes.
Marib is under the control of the Islamic Islah Party, where there are suspensions of administrative and financial corruption, as well as detention camps for opponents of the conservative leadership of the Islamic Party.
