KSrelief distributes 1,200 food baskets in Yemeni areas
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed on Thursday 1,200 of food baskets weighing 88 tons and 800 kg in the areas adjacent to Saadah governorate of Yemen.
The aid benefited 6,000 people and this was conducted in cooperation with Charity Coalition for Humanitarian Relief. This relief comes as part of the food aid being provided by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via KSrelief to the Yemeni people.
In Ma'rib, KSrelief continued its untiring efforts to provide relief to the people affected by the torrents that hit the Ma'rib governorate, where on Thursday, 217 shelter bags were distributed at Al-Meel camp, which benefited 1,302 people displaced and affected by the torrents.
The aid was distributed in cooperation with Al Khair Humanitarian Relief Coalition. This effort comes in context of the urgent intervention by KSrelief to assist the displaced and those affected by the torrential rains in Ma'rib governorate.
