Several Al-Qaeda fighters killed in new ISIS attack in central Yemen

Several Al-Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) fighters were killed this afternoon following a new attack by the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) terror group in central Yemen.
According to the Islamic State’s media wing, many Al-Qaeda fighters were killed and injured when their militants detonated several IEDs in the Qayfah area of the Al-Bayda Governorate.
Al-Qaeda and ISIS have been clashing in the Qayfah area of the Al-Bayda Governorate for several weeks now, leaving both sides with heavy losses and little progress in advancing their territorial presence.
