Looming rainy season endangers displaced people In Yemen

The internally displaced persons (IDPs) at the Dharawan camp close to the Yemeni capital Sanaa currently should get ready for the risk of the approaching rainy season after undergoing coldness in their draughty shelters for months.
Hassan Hakami, an IDP at the camp, said to Xinhua: "we practically live in the open air. There isn't much we can do. We have collected stones to build huts but it's leaky everywhere."
The stone huts they created sometimes fell in heavy rains, leading to wounds to residents there, stated Hakami.
He further said: "when they get hurt, there is no medical help. A small injury can turn out to be lethal in the end."
