Yemeni sources in Abyan southrrn Yemen affairms to AIJES that the brigade's 153 had fallen in the hands of the southern forces belong to Southern Transitional Council STC  and killed its leader Muhammad Salih Al-Aqili in Shukra city on Arab sea .

The source indicated that a large number of soldiers were killed and injured . Most of them from the northern governorates.
The source added that the remainder of the brigade was captured by the southern forces.

The source noted that Brigade 153 moved without the knowledge of the YemeniMinistry of Defense and the Chief of Staff and moved under the direction of his party and withdrew from Al Bayda without the knowledge of the Ministry of Defense operations room, which confirms that the so-called national army is nothing but armed militias affiliated with the Islamic Reform Party, which largely controls the military and political decision of Yemeni legitimacy.
