HIGHLIGHTS
• February month is generally characterized by lower precipitation across the country, which leads to lower soil moisture content.
• These dry conditions dry conditions will have minimal impacts on crop production since land preparations are just underway in only few areas.
• This month represents a potential risk for animal disease (i.e., FMD), especially in Southern Uplands.
