Yemen : Vessel “Kota Nanhai” Departs Al-Mualla Container Terminal
Aden – The vessel Kota Nanhai departed Al-Mualla Container Terminal at Aden Port this evening after completing the unloading of 457 standard containers designated for the local market, which were transferred to the yards of Al-Mualla commercial port.
A maritime source confirmed that the reactivation of Al-Mualla Terminal represents a strategic step to enhance Aden Port’s operational capacity, improve the flow of vessels, and support commercial and economic activity in the city.
The source added that this growing activity reflects the renewed confidence of global shipping companies and maritime lines in Aden Port, thanks to the facilities, advantages, and services provided by port management. The move aims to ease pressure on Aden Container Terminal (Caltex) and reduce vessel waiting times for berth access.
