The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has distributed 10 tonnes of food aid to the residents of desert areas near Ataq district in the Yemeni Governorate of Shabwa.
he Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has distributed 10 tonnes of food aid to the residents of desert areas near Ataq district in the Yemeni Governorate of Shabwa.
More than 627 people benefitted from the aid distribution programme, launched in response to an urgent call for help by residents in the affected areas.
The beneficiaries expressed their appreciation to the UAE and its humanitarian arm, the ERC, for the support provided to alleviate their suffering.
